Our headquarters is on a ranch in Austin, fewer than 10 miles from the heart of downtown.
GasPedal’s office is located at an Austin oddity called “Trash Mountain Ranch” — it’s our workplace, play space, and conference facility.
The Ranch is on 88 acres of open land.
We use our outdoor space for recreation, work, and as an event space. There is a backyard area that is immediately outside our office building that has seating, basketball courts, pavilions, and plenty of room for games and other recreations. We maintain a series of nature trails so us and our guests can explore the wilder areas of the Ranch — including Walnut Creek which winds through the property.
And we have a guest house, too.
We have a guest house that staff, their family, and friends can use. We also lend it out to the community.
We designed our space to reflect the way we work.
Half of our workspace is made up of individual, private offices. The other half is a mix of communal workspaces — conference rooms, lounges, plazas, and outdoor pavilions.
We believe in private offices.
All of our staff get a private office — and are encouraged to customize their spaces to make them feel most at home. Our offices have custom lighting, sit-stand desks, and lots of natural light. We wanted everyone to have a quiet, cozy place to retreat to for work that requires intense focus and concentration. We aim for privacy but never isolation.
But we love to collaborate. So we have spaces for that, too.
We’re all intense collaborators who enjoy hashing it out while on sofas, over coffee in our central plaza, or while outside in the backyard. Our communal workspaces are purpose-built for brainstorms, feedback sessions, editing, and discussions.

Our team members’ health and wellness are important — so we support them with some other small touches. For example, we have a kitchen fully stocked with healthy food and drinks. And we have a gym and shower facility onsite. We also have a guest house on our property that is open to employees, their friends, and their families to use. Other perks include:

When you’re here, you’ll feel like you’re a long way from the city. But we’re right here in Austin, 12 minutes from downtown. And — one of the greatest perks of being on 88 acres — we have free and plentiful on-site parking.
We love sharing the Ranch with the community.
Within our office, we have almost 6,500 square feet of conference space that is open to the community at little or no cost. We lend our communal space to local organizations, meetups, nonprofits, or anyone who needs a place to do something worthwhile.
