We’re running a fast-moving office that does different things every day. We’re looking for a really useful, smart, cheerful person who is great at getting things done.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Meeting setup
- Mail and shipping
- Shopping and errands
- Coordinating staff food
- Event support
- General clerical support
- … and a little bit of everything else.
If you have strong computer, communications, and writing skills, you can also help with our tasks focused on our customers, projects, and operations.
The best part: You’ll never be “just the admin.” This is a collaborative, inclusive company where everyone works together. You’ll be on a team of creative doers. You’ll be at the heart of the action, and you’ll have a chance to work with everyone across the company.
You’ll love this job if you’ve rocked a high-energy support role at a positive-attitude company. If you’ve worked on political campaigns, event planning, or mission-driven nonprofits, you’ll get the same rush.
We hire for attitude.
Bring a great attitude, smarts, and a desire to work. There is an amazing work culture here. We work hard, we obsess about the details, and we challenge ourselves. We work intensely hard during the day on interesting stuff, and end on time to have interesting personal lives, too. If that sounds like fun, you’ll love this place.
What we’re looking for:
- A fundamentally positive person who thinks this kind of work is fun
- Someone looking for a support position where they can stay for at least a year
- Organization and good task management
- Office-work skills, including standard office software
- Strong writing and phone skills
- Someone with a car and a clean driving record
- An appreciation that doing great work sometimes includes doing hard or dull things
