Toyota: Social media and crisis management

Doug Frisbie, who serves as the National Marketing Manager at Toyota Motor Sales, will lead a members-only conference call, “Toyota: Social media and crisis management.”

In February, Toyota announced one of the largest voluntary automotive recalls ever. Social media played a large part in spreading the word by consumers and onlookers, but also by the car company through some inventive strategies. We’ll get a look at the thought process behind how Toyota put social media to use in the six weeks since the recall. Some of the topics we’ll cover:
