How it works

Breakfast is at 8 AM.

Start warming up and talking to each other. We’ll feed you well (+ lots of coffee). It’s a full day and we start early.

Class starts at 8:30 AM.

Class starts promptly at 8:30 AM. If you miss the opening session, you’ll have trouble catching up. We cover the core concepts in the first hour. Don’t be late.

The day isn’t a lecture! It’s a series of guided discussions combined with participatory exercises. You’ll learn the tactics, then practice putting them into action. As we work, the exercises and discussion will help you absorb and perfect the material.

There’s a really nice lunch in the middle here, though we’ll keep learning about word of mouth concepts while we eat.

We’ll end the day by crafting an action plan so you can hit the ground running.

Finish up at 5 PM.

Class wraps up at 5 PM. At the end of the day, your brain will be completely full with so many ideas spinning around, you’ll need to find your balance. We’ll point you in the right direction home.

We’ll line up cabs to take you directly to either Chicago airport, so you should be able to make a 7:30 PM flight home, maybe even earlier if traffic is good and the TSA doesn’t slow you down.
