In his BlogWell Minneapolis case study presentation, “Mayo Clinic Social Media Update: Growth and New Applications,” Mayo’s Manager of Social and Syndicated Media, Lee Aase, explains how on a tiny budget, they’ve seen a lot of success using multiple tools to share stories and to amplify they’re existing word of mouth.
